Hi Sara,
Indeed it seems there is a bug with this field HTMLPath. We will correct this soon.
Meanwhile, maybe you can change the permissions on brainvisa's default doc directory...

Re: DICOM import failure
Hi,
Indeed, it is a bug we discovered recently. We will publish a new package with the correction soon.
Meanwhile, you can convert your data to GIS format before using the importation process. it should work.

Re: referential trnsformation
Hi, The converter you mentionned is now in fMRI toolbox -> converters and should be in the package. But if the tranformation information is not in a .mat, there's no need to use this process. You can use Anatomist "Apply builtin referential (SPM/NIFTI)" feature, available by right click on...

Re: Bug in 3.1 "Brain Mask for T2" in diffusion pipeline
Hello, I cannot reproduce this problem. I don't see any difference between the linux and windows version for this process. Can you give me more details : linux distrib, screen capture of the process, the database settings file (database_settings.minf). Maybe you can send me your data by email... Dom...

Re: Bug in 3.1 "Brain Mask for T2" in diffusion pipeline
Hi Josselin, Maybe you try to run this process on a 3.0 database ? Database organization has changed in Brainvisa 3.1 and old databases are not compatible with the new version. And the diffusion pipeline has also changed and uses the new hierarchy. If you have an old database, you can convert it to ...

Re: error compute cortical fold graph (3.1)
Hi,
I cannot reproduce this error. Which package did you download (linux, windows, mac) ?
Maybe the problem is linked to the data. Have you checked the previous steps' results ?

Re: Brainvisa 3.1 does not setup on MACOSX intel 10.4
Hi,
Did you see an error during the conversion ? Maybe you can try the process "Data management/Update databases".
if it does'nt work, you can look at your databases with the process "Data management/database hierarchy browser" and send me a screen shot.

Re: If anyone needs nifti input/out functionality
Hello,
Indeed, the directory structures are different in Brainvisa 3.1 but there is a process to convert existing databases in the 3.1 version format. It's in : management -> convert old databases.

Re: Bug selecting coordinates using Anatomist
Hello
Indeed, it seems to be a bug. I think the callback associated to the click event is recorded several times... I will try to fix it.
Thanks to mention it.
