We have had still this problem on windows and I can confirm the following solution :

You can change the material acceleration to pass the problem but the real problem is the version of graphic driver.

I am not sure to understand all steps: concatenation 4D with AimsTCat after normalization ?

Perhaps, there is a problem with volume dimensions: you can't concatenate volumes if dimensions are differents.
