I have more to say. I have done 3 steps including "import T1 MRI" "Prepare subject for anatomical pipeline" and "Ana do a lot of things from T1 MRI".However,something wrong occures during the third step as follows: ! VIP Warning: Impossible to distinguish gray and white...

I wanna 3D reconstruct cortex with dicom files, but i dont know how to do it using BrainVISA. I would like someone kind to help me explain the main steps to reconstruct.I wonder someone would have a video about reconstruction.
