My PC is Microsoft XP. And I downloaded BrainVISA in the morning.


I have two problems.


One is that I can't open the file "SHFJEnvironmentVariables.bat".

The software designer said that he is not sure users can set

EnvironmentVariables in Microsoft XP or not in the installation instruction.


The other problem is that I don't know how to use installed BrainVISA.

Are there any mannuals or instructions about how to use BrainVISA and

Anatomists on web?


Someone who knows please tell me.

It's very important to me.

The file "SHFJEnvironmentVariables.bat" is generated when running setup after package has been downloaded and uncompressed. Read the README file corresponding to your downloaded package for more information.

To use BrainVISA you must launch <package_installation_directory>/bin/brainvisa. You can either open this directory with explorer and double-click on 'brainvisa' or create a shorcut somewhere.
