Question of hemi_mesh creation.

Hi BV experts:
Theses days, I have cerrected the hemi_cortex manually. And I want to create the Hemi_mesh based on the new hemi_cortex (the auto one did not have a good view). As in the "Ana Get Opened Hemi Surface" step, the "hemi_cortex" is only a output data, which may be converted by the auto result. So, I want to know how to do this.

Sorry, but I did not get what you did. The usual way to do such correction is do do it
in the image called voronoi, where you have a mask of the two hemispheres and of the cerebellum.
