Hello everyone,
First of all, sorry for my English which is far from being perfect.
In my studies, I’m working actually on the PET (Positron Emission Tomography) Image segmentation.
After searching in this web site, I found a document (in french ) explaining how to segment a TEP image using Brainvisa/Anatomist. Here is the Link :
http://brainvisa.info/doc/brainvisa/fr/ ... ation.html
In order to run this process, I installed the latest version of brainvisa/anatomist. However I could not find the appropriate toolbox ;
The toolbox used in this document is the following one :
brainvisa/toolboxes/nuclearimaging/processes/imagene/PETImageSegmentation.py
However, this toolbox is unavailable in brainvisa’s toolbox directory .
Someone can tell me, where should I find the nuclearimaging toolbox ?
Or may be I should download another version of Brainvisa/Anatomist ? But which one ?
Thanks.
B .Réda.
PS : I’m working on Windows XP.

Re: Nuclear Imaging Toolbox
Hi,
Unfortunately, people developping this toolbox have decided not to release it in the public BrainVISA release. I do not know if they agree to distribute it on demand. We draw their attention on your message several days ago...
