Error message in Tracking pipeline

Post by sandraAL »

Dear BrainVISA developer,

I just tried to use the Fascicles Tracking Pipeline. I have already ran successfully all the others steps (creation of FA images etc..) but for this one, it seems some error happens. I am sure that I have filled all the required (and even not mandatory ones) inputs in, but still, I keep getting the following message:

in Fascicles Tracking Pipeline 1 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'fullPath'

Attribute Error

Hope you could help me!
Thanks in advance,
Sandra.

Hi Sandra,
In which submodule of the pipeline does this error occur (tracking ? bundles transformation ? bundles analysis ?) ?
Have you attempted to execute each of these modules separately ?

The message pops out during the tracking submodule. I first created the white matter mask and then started the tracking module both as part of the block and then alone but it was still not working.

Thanks for your help,
Sandra.

Hi Sandra,

I got the same issue and found the solution: you have to fulfill the "density_map" and put a name for the file being created (even if indicated as not mandatory, I think this is an error)

Hello,

Indeed, the parameter is mandatory, it was a mistake that it was shown as optional. It will be corrected in the next version.

Hello,

Thanks a lot for your help. It seems though that it's more complicated for me as the only output that appears to me in the module is "bundles".

Nothing such as "density-map". :?

Should I download another version of Brainvisa?

Thanks,
Sandra.

Hello,
It occurs probably because in the menu "Brainvisa/preferences", you have not set your "userlevel" to "expert".

Everything is working perfectly well now! :D

Thanks a lot!
