Hi,
I have a question about .brules files.
I use it in the "diffusion bundles transformation" component.
The documentation in brainvisa is perfect except I can't find how you can "exclude" ROI i.e. = I have got a set of >100 ROI and I want to select bundles going through ROI n° 2 and n° 34 but not going into ROI n° 4 and ROI n° 6.
What do I have to write in .brules file ?
thanks!
Josselin

Re: question about .brules files
Hello,
I think you can do that by writing successive rules. The bundles selected with the first rule won't be in the same group than the bundles selected by the second rule and so on.
You could write a rule to select all bundles that go through region 4 and a second to select bundles that go through region 6. And then you put as a third rule the one selecting bundles that go through regions 2 and 34. The bundles selected by this rule won't go through 4 and 6 because these bundles will selected by the previous rules.

Re: question about .brules files
If you use a minus as th bundle name, the matching fascicles are ignored. This information is located (hidden ?) in the small paragraph about bundle names in the documentation.
