Hi brainvisors,
is A.Cachia's spirit still there?
I have an awful question for him, sorry!
Here is the context:
-I 'play' with the white surface extraction tools and get some surfaces with various number of vertices (up to more than 100 000).
-I try to see if the siMeshSulciProjection command can be adapted to such tesselation through its parameters.
-And my first focus is on the INSULA.
Here is the question for 10 000$ (paid with beers only):
It seems from my first tests that the INSULA is treated differently than (other) sulci, can you confirm? (and tell me more)
Any suggestion on the tunning of the parameters of siMeshSulciProjection would be helpful!

I guess you are right, because the INSULA is the bottom of the Sylvian Valley in a way.
but it was 10 years ago, I will reanimate the spirit of Arnaud...
Olivier should know more about that because of Cedric's work. But with Cedric I remember
doing something else to get the pole while one of his trip to SHFJ.

Re: projection of INSULA onto the white mesh
Yes, the insula has a particular processing because the projection of the insula corresponds to the whole insula while the projection of the other BV sulci correspond to the bottom of the sulci.
