Bonjour,
Claire C.

Hi Claire,
I answer in english because we want the forum to be readable for as many people as possible.
I suppose you talk about the differences between databases created before and after brainvisa 3.1.
You will find details about the organization of brainvisa database directory after version 3.1 at the following page in the Brainvisa manual:
http://brainvisa.info/doc/axon/bv_man/e ... 04s03.html

Hi,
Thank you for your answer. I'll take a look at this document.
Do you have some similar document for version before the version 3.1? Because i need to localize the differences.
Regards,
Claire C.

Hi,
3.0 version is quite old, I'm afraid we do not have such documentation for this version. But if you want to convert a 3.0 database to a 3.1 database, a Brainvisa process can do it for you : Data management -> Convert old database.
Here are a few rules of conversion between the old and the new database organisation (for anatomical data):
In database/protocol/subject
* anatomy -> t1mri/default_acquisition/default_analysis (raw t1 mri and acpc coordinates files are put in acquisition, the others in analysis)
* segment -> t1mri/default_acquisition/default_analysis/segmentation
* tri, mesh -> t1mri/default_acquisition/analysis/segmentation/mesh
* deepnuclei -> t1mri/acquisition/analysis/nuclei
* Referential and transformations :
* <subject>_TO_talairach.trm -> <protocol>/<subject>/registration/RawT1-<subject>_<acquisition>_TO_Talairach-ACPC.trm
* *<subject>.referential -> *<subject>-default_acquisition.referential, *<subject>_TO_*.trm -> *<subject>_default_acquisition_TO_*.trm

Dominique
