Hi,
The "head mesh" in morphologist 2012 looks to be out of order = the process goes well (as well as the previous and following steps).
Nevertheless, no "head...." file is created (corresponding to the head mesh which was quite beautiful for illustrative purposes)

Hi,

I have just tried the Morphologist pipeline and the head mesh is computed and readable. Did you use the latest release 4.3 of Brainvisa package ? Did you see an error message during the execution of the head mesh step ? The head mesh is in gifti format by default if the input image is in nifti format, so maybe you did not see the file because you were looking for a file in mesh format ?
