Hello,
I am curious if the cingular pole template is made available with the Brainvisa distribution or elsewhere? Also, I was unsure how the insular pole was segmented. Is there a particular process in Brainvisa that I should take a look at?
Thanks,

Re: Cingular pole template available?
Hi,
the cingular pole template is avilable in : <brainvisa>/share/brainvisa-share-4.x/hemitemplate/Template_icbmPole<Left/Right>.ima
The insular pole is segmented using the insula sulci that are detected during the sulci graph labelling.
I assume you are refering to the cortical parameterization process, so you should look in 'Cortical Surface Toolbox -> Referentials -> Cortical Surface Parameterization Pipeline'
nevertheless this process is broken in the latest version of BV (4.3). There are actually two processes, the old one that is broken, and a new one (pipeline 2012) that will be working in the next version of BV.
I hope this helps,
Olivier
