Save file with v4.3.0 under MacOS 10.7/Intel

Hi,
I think there is a little bug in the window manager when you you want to save a file from Anatomist v4.3.0 because you can't name a file and therefore, you can't save the file.
It works fine the 4.2.1 version I still have installed.
