BrainVISA

Hi, I recently installed BrainVisa on Fedora 64 bit and trying to run the sujet01/anatomy/sujet01.ima in the data_unprocessed folder from demo data but when I run Morphologist 2013, I get the following run time error:

A) in FSL Normalization to AIMS converter 2: System command exited with non null value:127
B) in FSL Normalization Pipeline 2: System command exited with non non value: 127
C) in Normalization pipeline 2: System command exited with non null value:127
D) in AC/PC or Normalization 2: System command exited with non null value:127
E) in Morphologist 2013 2: System command exited with non null value:127


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Is FSL installed and correctly configured in brainvisa preferences ? I guess something is going wrong when the FSL normalization process tries to run FSL.
You can also look at the log, see what is the commandline run there, and try to run it separately from a terminal.
