Morphologist segmentation stuck

Good afternoon,

I recently updated BrainVISA on my PC and laptop (to the newest version).

Since, I've been unable to use Morphologist 2015.

It opens and I can input the .nii file, open anatomist to identify the commissure.

However when I hit run to start the process of segmentation, it gets stuck on the first step (Image orientation handling).

It does not give me any error, it just says:

"Ok, the image seems to be in the correct orientation."

It stays like this for hours without anything happening, nor procedding to the next steps.

I have tried different MRI, including converting them into different format, nothing seems go beyond this step.

I don't know if there is an important step I had to do or missing.

Help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for the late answer, the email notifications of the forum does not seem to work well any longer, so I have not seen your question...
Have you created a database and imported the image into it before running morphologist ?
