Error message Brainvisa 4.5.0 Import T1 MRI

Post by vekteo »

Hi,

I would like to use the BrainVisa 4.5.0 version under Linux Mint. However, I got an error message when I try to use the Import T1 MRI option. The error message is the following:

in Import T1 MRI 1 The following command failed: "AimsRemoveNaN" "-i" "home/hp/databases/db_mri/meg/subject_01/subject_01.nii" "-o" "/tmp/tmp5LQBWA.nii"

ImportationError
processes.py (2725) in _processExecution:

result = process.execution( self )

ImportT1MRI.py (79) in execution:

self.output.fullPath())

image_importation.py (68) in import_t1mri:

.join(command))

Do you have any idea what may cause the problem? This part works fine with the 4.6.0 version, but I need to use the 4.5.0.

Thank you very much!

Hi,
Well 4.5 is rather old and we cannot guarantee a maintenance on it. You can open the log window and look for the error in the process execution, it may contain more details on the command execution and its failure, but as I said, we will not fix it on 4.5. Especially if it works in 4.6 this probably means that the problem has been fixed in this later version.
If you really need to use 4.5 (do you ?) then you can probably do all the imports using 4.6, then run the Morphologist pipeline of 4.5.
