Connectivity Maps - Fiber Tracking

(DTI, fiber tracking):
Is there any metric for the connection degree between two given voxels or regions?
Is there any brainvisa-Aims function that generates connectivity maps (the gray level of each voxel-region is the connectivity degree with a given initial voxel-region)?
