I would like to learn more about the diffusion bundle transformation and diffusion bundles analysis. In diffusion bundles transformation, I read the introduction web page and I have simple question. I don't know how to make roi_1 and roi_2 or more. Should I use roi tool and draw multiple roi in one .arg ? I also did not know how to create the selection rules file. Is there any instruction that I can follow step by step ?( for example, draw 2 roi and create selection rules ?)
Besides, is it possible to do the groups statistic in DTI study using Brainvisa ?

Yes, you can use the ROI drawing tool to create the regions that are used for tracking and draw several regions in one .arg.

The selection rules file is a text file that can be created with a text editor. Unfortunately, there is no tutorial on tracking.

To date, you have to extract the information given by BrainVISA and do the statistics with your own tools.
