Hi,
Well, there is no magic solution right now. If there was a fixed set of parameters which always worked, we would probably have found it and set it as the default... You can try the hints in this other post and possibly try to automatize a little bit iteratively. The T1 pipeline hasn't undergone much evolution in the past years, but now there are some people in our lab currently working on improving its robustness, so there is hope that it will be improved in the future, but the work is not finished yet.

I confirm the fact that we are finally working on robustness of the first part of the pipeline,
but i will take some time. Regarding your freezing stuff, the solution is usually
to change the undersampling parameter used by the VipHistoAnalysis command (-u flag).
