What is "Christmas Tree Mode" ?

Post by akiko »

Hello, I'm Akiko.
I've been learning how to use Anatomist and BrainVISA for a week.

You can find a word "Christmas Tree Mode" in tutorial lesson 3.
But I(only me? ) can't find such a function in Anatomist.

I think if I can use "Chrinstmas Tree Mode",
I can see the colorful brain folds...

Please teach me where the function is...

P.S.
I am using SHFJ_pack-stable-win32-2.3.5 on Win XP sp2.

Hi,

In fact "Christmas Tree Mode" is a parameter of graph. It creates a link between a hierarchy and a graph of sulci (here, lesson 3). To select this mode, you must set this in Anatomist : Settings -> Graph paramters -> Colors (2D / 3D) ->Use Hierarchy .... (checked) and select 'Use attribute' = Label.

Why....nodes of graph can be identified by name or label and when you visualize an automatic recognition of sulci then identification is given by label attribut.
