Missing scroll when displaying an inflated brain

Post by gaelle.leroux »

Dear Anatomist helper,

I used to inflate more or less the human brain on a MultiTexture display or on a Fusion display (fMRI and T1_inflated.mesh) but it has disappeared.
I'm running the latest version of Anatomist on a Mac OS 10.7.4 Lion.
My window is similar to the one at the bottom of this page: http://brainvisa.info/doc/anatomist/ana ... 06s06.html but without the scroll on the right side.
Any idea?

Best,
Gaëlle.

Hello,
I reckon that you did not save the sequence during the inflation process. That is what the slider is for: looking at the different steps of the inflation from the original to the most inflated, and I think you probably have only the most inflated surface.
