We have used anatomist to draw a lesion on a brain, but when saving the mask, we are not being able to save it with the same refencial of the original image.

It is possible to save a mask with the same referencial of the original image? How can we do it?

Well, the referential should be saved in the ROI image... Doesn't it do the trick if you use the right mouse button popup on the images "referential/load information from header" in Anatomist ?
