I tried to use the command : VipTalairachCoordinates, which seems to provide the talairach coordinates of a volume point given the AC PC points, but this function doesn't seem to give any result in command line form. Do you have any explanation ?

Vip library is very old. I think this commandline is dedicated to an old version of proportional coordinate system used in our team. Therefore it is out of date. Unfortunately, we have no garbage collector... Sorry for the disturbance. Very few commandlines, in fact, are dedicated to end users, so you should be careful when exploring this stuff. We did brainVISA to provide a clearer interface than a set of commanlines...
