Bonjour,
Nous sommes plusieurs ds notre labo a avoir le meme probleme avec anatomist (3.0.0 30.1 et 3.0.2) sous Linux FC3 et FC4 (deux portables DELL (latitude D600)).
Des que l on clique dans la fenetre d affichage du volume, anatomist se met sur la derniere coupe de celui-ci. Ceci rend impossible le positionement de la croix ou l on veux ds le volume, donc la comparaison de plusiers volumes affiche ds differentes fenetre (obligation d utiliser le mode fusion).
Plusieurs tests ont ete realise.
Remote en ssh depuis une autre machine sur la machine "defectueuse"
-> anatomist fonctionne correctement.
Remote de la machine "defectueuse" vers un anatomist sur disque reseau, ou celui-ci fonctionne a partir d'autres machine du reseau
->anatomist ne fonctionne pas correctement.
Si quelqu un a deja rencontre ce pb et a reussit a le resoudre...

Pb de fenetre sous Linux
Je crois me souvenir que c'est dû à un problème des drivers 3D (OpenGL)de la carte graphique qui renvoie une valeur aberrante à Anatomist quand on clique dans une fenetre.
Je crois que c"etait avec une carte video ATI et des drivers assez anciens.

Problem : when clicking in an Anatomist window, Anatomist goes straight to the last slice of the MRI. If connected from a distant computer (by ssh) it works correctly.
Answer : problem with the OpenGL driver (ATI ?) that send back to anatomist bad coordinates after a mouse click event.

Solution for ATI M 9000
Change libGL in anatomist install path with a CPU driven opengl engine like mesa3D.
i.e
cp Mesa-6.5/lib/libGL.so* SHFJ/lib/
after compiling Mesa-6.5 (obtain mesa from: http://www.mesa3d.org/)
i.e
cp Mesa-6.5/lib/libGL.so* SHFJ/lib/
after compiling Mesa-6.5 (obtain mesa from: http://www.mesa3d.org/)

I recently encountered this problem on a laptop with an ATI graphic card and Linux Mandriva 2006. In the Mandriva configuration panel, I changed the properties of the display to change the graphical driver. The selected driver was "Radeon (flgx)" and I choosed "Radeon". I then choosed to disable hardware acceleration. After a X server reboot, a system crash and a system reboot, it worked.
