Quality check pipeline (PET)

Before using this pipeline:

  • First you need to import your CT and PET Dicom image. see in qualityCheck directory and use import Dicoms process.
  • Secondly you must convert your images. see in qualityCheck directory and use convert to Nii process.
  • Finally, you can use this pipeline by selecting your CT image.
