02. post mortem imaging analysis allows the conversion of grey level values in 3D reconstructed 14C-2DG autoradiographic volumes to activity (nCi/g) or CMRGlu (µmol/100g/min) values. A module enabling to perform a conventional ROI-based analysis of these volumes is also proposed.
