Hi,
I wonder whether BV can reconstruct fetal brain. The process steps go well until "Brain Mask Segmentation".The result seems to be unbelievable.
Thanks a lot.

Question of hemi_mesh creation.
Hi BV experts: Theses days, I have cerrected the hemi_cortex manually. And I want to create the Hemi_mesh based on the new hemi_cortex (the auto one did not have a good view). As in the "Ana Get Opened Hemi Surface" step, the "hemi_cortex" is only a output data, which may be conv...

Re: 2 Problems for Help.
Hi Mangin
Thank you for your reply very much. The reason maybe is a short TR/TE time (6.6/4.. And there is a poor contrast between GM and WM.
And what the second question? Is there any warp or shape change of the image when normalized to the Tarailach Space?

Re: Problem in correcting brain mask
Yes, this topic has been answered a number of time in the forum. This procedure is not very stable... Do a search on split . Re: How to compile and install Mesa on Fedora6
Hum, you'd better address your question to the Mesa communauty... I have not built Mesa myself for a number of years, using compiled distributions and nvidia drivers/openGL. But isn't there a configure step before running make ? Denis But there is not a configure file and i cant find forum in http:...

Hi, I have some troubles to do the correction based on BV v3.0.2. I do the procedure under "Ana Brain Mask from T1 MRI 2". I pressed the eye button after "brain_mask" and the pen button, but the two results seem to be quite different.I think the two should be similar and the corr...
