Hi,
I downloaded the image(Lesson1.tar.gz) on BrainVISA web before and tried it in "braincisa.bat" software. There were no problem appearing.
But when I tried our own images acquired from a GE MR scanner in the same software, I can't use "eye icon" in the software to connect with the window "anatomist.bat" to view the images I tried.
I'm wondering that if there are something different between the image on BrainVISA web and our own images. I put our images on the website:
http://140.129.72.225/00001434.dcm
http://140.129.72.225/00001434.ima.ima
http://140.129.72.225/00001434.ima.ima.minf
http://140.129.72.225/00001434.ima.dim
The first image file is our original DICON format image acquired from the scanner. The other files are gained from the "import" process in "brainvisa.bat".
Please downloaded these files and help me to resolve the problem. Thank you so much!!
Excuse me, I have a problem about 'brainvisa.bat'.

Hi,
Your dicom data seems to be incomplete: there is only one slice here. But the .ima file is readable and Anatomist can display it (I have only tried it on Linux).
But there is a big black zone on the posterior left part. Is it an image of a patient or only an artefact ? I don't know what caused this problem but I guess the segmentation program will be disturbed by it.
The visualization should be OK anyway but I haven't tried it on a Windows machine yet. It does work on Linux.

Hi Asato,
I tested your data with 2.3.2 version on linux and windows and I did not have a problem.
Sometimes, I observe a problem with 'eye icon' to view data with anatomist. But it is rarely and if you reload application, then it's ok.
To anwser question ' I'm wondering that if there are something different between the image on BrainVISA web and our own images' : I don't think it.
If you want I can send you obtained data with my computer.
