Hello,
we have trouble using the brainvisa converter 'Single Files to Volume Serie'. If we give a 4D volume containing a serie of 3D volumes as an input, it extracts only the first 3D volume for the output. Is there a way to give a list of names in the output box such that the process extracts all the 3D volmues of the serie ?
Thanks,
Olivier

Hi Olivier,
I'm no sure about the 'Single Files to Volume Series' process. Philippe has been working on the functional pipeline and if there is a bug, it might be corrected in the development version.
Anyway at the moment you can use a commandline to write a series of SPM files: AimsFileConvert with SPM output format should do the job using the defaults settings, and if it doesn't, then use AimsSubVolume.
