x86_64 package on Fedora 11

Post by sebastian »

Dear BrainVisa experts,

nice job ! On my laptop, Fedora core 11 x86_64, the Mandriva08 X86_64 version gives "segmentation error" during ./setup.sh. The i686 version works fine.

Best regards

Hi Sebastian,
I have tried this configuration (in Ste Anne hospital this morning on Anne-Dominique's machines), and it turns out to be the libfontconfig.so.1 in the brainvisa package which is incompatible with Fedora 11. So you may delete it (or rename it) from the lib/ subdirectory of the package, and then the package seems to work (setup runs, anatomist runs and displays 3D objetcs correctly, brainvisa starts and viewers work - we have not really tested processes execution).
