AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'fullName

Post by Tim »

Hi,

I keep getting:

in Ana Do A Lot of Things from T1 MRI 3 AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'fullName'

This is during the VipGetBrain stage.

I initially thought it was because I was using a pre-stripped volume (don't see any way to disable stripping through brain visa) but even when using an un-stripped volume, the same thing occured.

i'm confident the pre-processing is all correct.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi Tim,

Have you imported the raw T1 MRI into BrainVisa database using the import process and used the "Prepare subject" process before running the pipeline ?
If so, could you please submit a full log using the "support / bug report" menu of BrainVisa. With this log, we will be able to locate more precisely the problem, and have all necessary information (the system you are running, the version of BrainVisa etc.).

Hi Tim,

You can send a log file even if you did not use the import process. I suppose that one of the image parameter contains a None value. The log file would give an idea of what went wrong.
