Problems with T2 scans

Has anyone been able to put a T2 scan through pipeline? We are having problems with T2 scans of cadaver brains in terms of the histo analysis (in the grey/white matter) through the Split brain. Either the cortical fold picks up too much or picks up too little and the sulci dont appear. Thanks so much!

No we do not currently have a T2 pipeline, only T1 is supported.
