hi,
We want to make a different version of ana do a lot of things, as like to finalize on the "right white mesh" step for example. Although it may be possible that we only need few options as a first step (like only work with one hemisphere...) and do the other options later.
Is that possible?
thank you very much.

Hi,
yes, everything is possible (of course!), the simplest now is to copy the AnaDoAll process (found in brainvisa/processes/anatomy/pipeline) and modify a copy of it.
You can place the modified copy in ~/.brainvisa/processes/ or any subdirectory of it (create the directory if it doesn't exist), or set one or several dirs in the "processesPath" settings of BrainVisa.
Change the process name (the 'name' variable in the process source) to avoid confusion with the existing AnaDoAll, and then make any change you like (you will see this process mainly calls a bunch of other subprocesses).
In a future release the anatomical pipeline will be rewritten and redesigned using the new pipelining tools of BrainVisa, but it won't be in the upcoming version yet...
