Hello again, a new question:
After viewing the results of the the Ana Do A Lot pipeline, I've found that several sulci that I'd like to consider have been broken into multiple pieces in the mesh; e.g. the along the sylvia fissure, etc. Is there any way to concatenate individual suci in the fold graph into larger, continuous pieces?
Thanks again.

Hello,
Sulci are willingly split into several pieces to avoid the case where several sulci are mixed together. After a labeling step (either automatic using the recognition process in anatomy/morphometry, or manual using Anatomist graph edition features), a sulcus is a set of pieces (graph nodes) which all have the same label.
If you want to extract them to a volume file, please read these topics:

Or you can directly get some measures on sulci using the morphometry process (in anatomy/morphometry).
