Hello,
I tryed the last release of anatomist on my Ubuntu Gutsy system but I encountered troubles with the GUI. There seems to have a bug with the GUI library version you are using (seems to be Qt). This bug make the gui quickly unusable.
I also tryed with recent Fedora Core 8 and I have the same problem. The package released are for FC6, do you plan to release versions for recent GNU/Linux distribution ?
Thanks in advance,
Alexandre

Hi,
I guess it's the 'Qt colorSpec bug': see http://brainvisa.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1037&.
Anatomist needs recompiling to be fixed but brainvisa will be fixed easily.
BTW the packages are not built on FC6 but on an old old old RedHat 9. We build on the oldest system we have for backward compatibility, because we cannot make a binary package for each possible linux distribution/release.
The next version will probably be built on Fedora Core 4, willingly not on a recent distribution for the same compatibility reasons (and because we're still using FC4 here in our lab). But everything should work on a modern system anyway.
