Hello,
is it possible with Anatomist to save in a DICOM format ? I thought no, then realized that it's in the list of formats available when trying to save an object, but when I try to give a file name without extension and chose the dicom format it is saved in GIS with the .ima/.dim extensions ...

Re: DICOM output
Hi,
No, aims (thus, anatomist) cannot save DICOM format. It's in the list because in the current version of Aims IO system, the supported formats list is the same for reading and writing, and aims can read DICOM. Just, the write function of dicom format always fails... It will be clearer in the next version (moreover maybe dicom writing might be implemented one day)...

Re: DICOM output
Are you aware of any good nifti/analyze -> dicom converter ? I'm building images for a system that might only take DICOM as an input...

Re: DICOM output
We plan to fusion I/O from Aims and NMR libraries in a new library. This new library will support writing DICOM.
