aims segmentation fault (core dumped)

Postby pdeman » Tue Feb 07, 2017 10:20 am

Hi,

I have some new problem with aims.
I have installed the brainvisa (ubuntu version) on a ubuntu16.04.
it worked for a long time, and now I have this problem:
/home/epinavubuntu/Desktop/brainvisa_4.5/bin/AimsFileConvert -i /media/epinavubuntu/backup_pierre2/brainvisa_4.5/Epilepsy/Gre_2016_coucou/t1mri/T1pre_2015-1-1/Gre_2016_RICl.nii -o /tmp/test.nii
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

the .nii that I am trying to convert is a nii that I already tried before and it worked.
all aims stuff seems to do a segmentation fault now, but I don't remember having change anything on my computers ....

I tried reinstalling brainvisa, it's still the same problem...

Any idea how I could solve this ?

Cheers,
Pierre

Hi,
We have found that the Ubuntu version has more dependencies that we expected, and some of them are not packaged within the brainvisa distribution yet, so it's safer to use the Mandriva variant for now. We'll fix this for the next release.
