Create and edit histogram analysis

Description

Whenever the automatic histogram analysis process in Morphologist fails, this tool allows to manually create and set histogram and histogram analysis parameters.
The histo analysis file (.han) is created with default, arbitrary values, then the editor is run interactively. This editor can then save the edited values for grey and white matters peaks and standard deviations.
If the histogram itself (.his) has not been written, a new one is generated and saved by this process.
