04. Volume deformation

Better option: Use processes in Deformation instead of this process.

Description

This step enables to apply the DISCO deformation, etimated in 02. Template building and saved in a displacement field in 03. Grid deformation, to volumes. The deformed volumes will be in each subject space.

Developer note: this is still used in Disco pipeline rather than the processes in Deformation because the latter resample the volume with the resolution of the deformation field, whereas here we want the resolution of the input nobias. In fact, this implies two resamplings of the grey-white maps (one here and one in 01. Prepare grey and white maps for DARTEL), so we should combine them in 01. Prepare grey and white maps for DARTEL.
