Re: segmentation from masks generated with other tools
Hi Etienne, In HeadMesh process you can't give the head mask as an input. It is an output, it is computed in the process before computing the head mesh. I don't think it is possible to compute the head mesh from your head mask with this process. You may use directly the command AimsMeshBrain. Howeve...

Re: Morphometry Statistics
Hi, yes, it is probably the reason why it doesn't work. As it is mentionned in the process documentation (http://www.brainvisa.info/doc/brainvisa-4.0/en/processes/morphometry.html), the input graphs must be at least partially labelled. So, you should run the automatic sulci recognition and then run ...

Re: .arg files improperly handled in BV4 for windows ?
Hello, I didn't find the same error but maybe the bundle file I tested is not big enough or maybe it depends on the computer. Could it be a lack of memory in the graphic card ? Are you sure the same thing used to work with Brainvsisa 3.2 on the same computer ? I really don't see what could have chan...

Re: Morphometry Statistics
Hi Marianne, The log file you sent is not usable, it missed the log of the morphometry process. Anyway, I tried the process on a Windows machine and didn't have any error. Are you sure you have correctly filled in the parameters ? Maybe you could send a screen copy of the process and of the log with...

Re: Brainvisa Database
Hi Philippe,
Indeed, as Denis said, we are interested if you have a way to reproduce this error. We have already seen it but never systematically so we never understood why it occurs.

Re: .arg files improperly handled in BV4 for windows ?
Hi Josselin, Well, I tried the diffusion & tracking process with Brainvisa 4.0 on a Windows XP machine and I didn't see any problem. I can visualize the bundles with Anatomist, the Transformation bundle process works... Maybe this problem is linked to a specific image ? Are you sure your bundle ...

Re: Brainvisa Database
Hi Philippe, The easiest way is to list the ouput of your process in its signature. Indeed, all output item described in this signature will be automatically added to the database, provided there is a matching hierarchy rule for this type of data. I advise you read the [urlhttp://brainvisa.info/doc/...

Re: QBall glyphs rendering from .bck file and database issues
Hi Danilo, Ok, you didn't use correctly the importation process that's why it doesn't work. You mustn't fill in manually the output parameters of the importation process, you have to use the red button and to fill in information about data you want to import. According to the information about data,...

Re: lesion mask
Hello,
You have explanations about how the lesion mask is used in this documentation : http://brainvisa.info/doc/brainvisa/en/ ... nMask.html
The mask seems to help creating a correct entire mask of the brain. It is not excluded from the brain mask.

Re: QBall glyphs rendering from .bck file and database issues
Hello, It is normal that you don't see any eye near the model files resulting from the Diffusion Model Pipeline (.bck). Currently, there isn't any viewer available for this type of data in BrainVISA. The aim of this model file is to be used for fibers tracking in the "Fiber Tracking pipeline&qu...

Re: question about .brules files
Hello, I think you can do that by writing successive rules. The bundles selected with the first rule won't be in the same group than the bundles selected by the second rule and so on. You could write a rule to select all bundles that go through region 4 and a second to select bundles that go through...

Hello,
Can you give more precise examples to help us find the bug ? What exactly doesn't work with .arg files ? Do you have error messages ? with wich processes ?
Thanks
Dominique
