Anatomist crash on WinXP Pro

Post by rfavila »

Hello,

Hello, today I installed a couple of BrainVisa versions (packages 2.3.0, 2.3.2 and the development version) on a PC (nvidia GeForce FX Go5200 graphics card). Everything seems fine until I run Anatomist. Everytime I try to get a view of a dataset it crashes. I saw the problems some people had using linux with an ATI card, so I updated the drivers of the graphic card with no results.

Any idea?

Did you try to load only one dataset or a few ones ?
I already had some crashes while loading bad data (corrupted files).

Did it crash just at anatomist startup, did you see anatomist main window ? Or when displaying a 3D object or volume ?
Can you try to run Anatomist alone (outside of brainvisa) ?

I tried loading a few datasets, which I know were not corrupted because I could load them on another computer.

The crash happens when anatomist is about to display any graphics (anatomical or anatomical plus 3D). This crash happens when you call anatomist from brainvisa or when you start it independently.
