Hi
There is a problem with hemi-mesh I have created using the “Ana get opened Hemi surface” step. As shown on the picture below, by comparing the mesh to the original T1 image and the segmented image, it’s clear that some parts of the grey matter remain outside the mesh (even though this voxels have correctly been labelled as grey matter on the segmented image). Any idea how this problem can be solved?

Hi,
The grey/CSF interface mesh is built with folds a little bit more opened than they are in reality. Those meshes have been made at the first place for visualization only, so we didn't really care of the exact matching with the segmentation. It is "close" to it but not exactly the same.
The grey/white interface mesh is more strict for that.
