Hi brainMentors,
when I run Anatomist show superimposed graphs, the graphs are loaded into a common referential (I've seen it is now the MNI space instead of the ACP/Talairach space).
My question is where is the transformation which is used in this case?
-the one in the 'registration' folder?
-the one that is stored in the .arg?
-somewhere in a .minf?
-another one?
In fact, when I run this process, some of my subjects are not registered properly.
I think anatomist does not find the transfo, because anatomist does not create a new referential for those subjects.
I don't understand why as all the subjects have their .trm in their 'registration' folder.
I've tried to update the database but it did not solve the issue.
thks for your help!

Hi Guillaume,
If some referentials are missing in your database, you could try to run the following process on your database: "Data management toolbox -> Convert old database steps -> Check database".
It will check if some referentials are missing and can create them if needed.

Re: Anatomist show superimposed graphs
Hi Dominique,
I tried the 'Check database' and it worked.
I mean the "Anatomist show superimposed graphs" works fine now.
However, I'm still interested in any hint concerning which transformation is used in this case?
Many thanks!

Re: Anatomist show superimposed graphs
Hi Guillaume,
The transformations used are the .trm ones in registration. But they should match the one inside the .arg as they are obtained by the same processes. Loaded transformations may go either to the MNI space (what you have if you actually performed a normalization process as the 1st step of the morphologist pipeline), or to our Talairach-AC/PC space (what you have if you manually clicked on AC/PC points in step 1). But the transformation between both reference spaces is fixed and known in brainvisa, so if should provide the same result.
