Brainvisa/Connectomist

Hello,

I just noticed a tool named "connectomist" in the "toolboxes" folder and yet it doesn't appear when I launch Brainvisa even with an expert level. Is there anyways I could implement it ? Is it a beta version? What's the difference with the other available diffusion pipeline?

Well, connectomist is the name of the diffusion toolbox, which is still visible in BrainVisa as the "Diffusion and tracking" toolbox. So it is what you see int the diffusion/tracking part of BrainVisa. It's the old toolbox, the new one is still not finished, tested and released...
