Hi,
We've been trying the Arnaud Cachia's "Gyral parcellation" process on one left hemisphere. We succeeded in displaying the gyral output graph "<subject>_L_gyri_default_session_manual.arg". We can see all the gyral regions in colors. That's great!
But we are more interested in getting the texture file called "<subject>_Lwhite_gyri_default_session_manual.gii". Unfortunately, this texture output does not seem to be right. It displays only the insula region + a few sulcal lines.
Could you have a look at this problem?
Cheers,
Francois

Re: gyral parcellation : no gyral texture
Hi François,
The "gyri texture" output is actually a time-texture, with several timesteps. The actual gyry are in timestep 2, whereas 0 is the sulci projections, 1 is the sulcal basins regions, 3 is a superimposition of sulci projections and gyry (0+2), and 4... well I don't remember...

Great! We looked at timestep 2 and we got the gyral parcellation. That's fine.
