Hi,
I got this error in the "Prepare Subject for Anatomical Pipeline" module.
The input image is T1mrI in .nii format output by the "import T1 MRI" module
----------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks!

Hi,
In fact, if the input image is a .nii format, I don't know why it tries to convert into tiff.
Could you post a snapshot ?
Thanks,
Isa

Well, the snapshot does not really help to understand what went wrong. Could you please provide the log file ?

Hi,
I've looked at your log and I suggest that you check a few points :
-> Can you visualize correctly the following data "../experiments/bv_database2/prot1/OAS1_0001_orig_001/t1mri/acq1/normalized_norm1_OAS1_0001_orig_001.nii" by clicking on the eye in the brainvisa GUI ?
-> Have you selected this data by clicking on the red button or have you written manually this parameter ?
-> Could you send me the list of files of the database directory (bv_database2 directroy) ? It seems that the database is locked ....
Thanks,
Isa
