Hi,
In 25 out of 100 datasets, I get an error running the Morphologist 2012 pipeline, at step 2 'Histogram analysis'. I get the following error:
in 2- histogram analysis 1 System command exited with non null value: 111
Runtime error

Re: Morphologist pipeline: histogram analysis error
Hi,
When the histogram analysis fails, it generally comes from the bias correction step which did not do well enough. You can try different settings for the bias correction (decreasing the field rigidity or sampling, or in some cases increasing them).
You can look at the histogram of the bias corrected image in Anatomist: grey and white matters peaks should ideally be distinguishable.
Also have a look at the log in BrainVisa for more complete outputs and error logs.
