Hello,
When saving the content of a graphic window (Menu "Window/save"),
the result graphic file contains garbage if the window was resized.
(Anatomist 3.0.2 under Linux/Ubuntu 6.05; chipset intel 945)
(Not a critical bug: I can use ImageMagick's "import" command.)

Hi,
Depending on the OpenGL implementation, saving a window snapshot may only save the visible part of it: so be sure the window is not hidden by another one (including the save filename dialog box).
But if the resize didn't mask any part of the window, then I would rather think it is a 3D driver or OpenGL problem.
I don't know if there are different levels of 3D acceleration support with Intel chipsets, and how to enable/disable them on Linux. But if you find somethying you can tune there, try without 3D acceleration, just to see if it works better or not.
