Hello,
We load the following image using anatomist with the command :
anatomist /home/Ptransal/zMAMoBIP/MD0702_Prim11_STZ/MD0702_002_MAC2065/2065-IRM-01-13469-070606/Exam13469_Series002.ima
Then we open a browser and we drag and drop the loaded image into the browser. An issue occur (it may be a segmentation fault) and the computer freezes (we need to reboot after that).
The image header may be too big (when we use AimsFileInfo /home/Ptransal/zMAMoBIP/MD0702_Prim11_STZ/MD0702_002_MAC2065/2065-IRM-01-13469-070606/Exam13469_Series002.ima, many informations are displayed).
Tests were done using the workstation lamorat (shfj).
- OS is linux Fedora-4 system.
- account was ns215310.
- access was local.
- anatomist was platform version ( /i2bm/platform/Fedora-4-i686/i2bm_pack-stable/bin/anatomist ).
- config was i2bm_setup_platform.

Re: [Browser] - Big images issue
Could you put the image somewhere (CEA's ftp server for instance) ?

Hello Yann,
you can find images here :
ftp://ftp.cea.fr/incoming/<censored>/Ex ... 02.tar.bz2
I tried on Mandriva 2008 to but the bug is less visible (there is no computer freeze, but only some character issues in displayed values)

Hi Nico,
There is a problem in your image archive on the ftp server: the .dim is not a header but actually another binary file (another image I guess).
