Hi,
I have some images from a meta-analysis that I want to display in Anatomist using the neurological convention (right on right), but they are automatically displayed in radiological convention. When I go to Settings/Preferences/Windows and try to change the convention, nothing happens. Does this option work properly on Windows ?
Thank you very much.
Guillaume
PS: these images were originally created as Nifti images (this is how I know the correct orientation), and converted in Analyze 7.5, but I don't think this is where the problem comes from...

Re: Neurological/Radiological convention
Hi,
The neuro/radio settings apply when orientation is set again on views: for instance when you click on axial or coronal buttons, or when opening new windows. Views already displaying objects don't change orientation immediately.
Anatomist 3.0.x doesn't know the Nifti format: it only reads the "analyze part" without any orientation information.
